Hi, I am 22 years old, I'm a new real estate investor from Detroit, MI. I have been interested in Real Estate ever since one of my college professors handed me a book called Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki back in 2014. I've been working diligently to build a strong portfolio of passive income generating properties.
I am new to real estate investing as of about two years ago. I bought my home thinking I was going to be staying in the area, but moved away and that home became my first rental home.
