I began investing during the real estate collapse of 1975 when interest rates went from 3-6% to 16-18%. Since then I have bought, sold, brokered and leased houses, notes, apartments, group homes, commercial properties, and loans.

I still do all those things though today I lean more towards note transactions and private lending.
