A former educator and non-profit employee, I started flipping houses in 2002 as a hobby. I left my career to go "full-time" in 2006, right before the collapse of the market. I am fortunate to have survived.

Hello everyone,
My name is Fernando.I'm from San Antonio, Texas but is stationed in California due to my military career. I been here in California for a little over two years and it's a different environment. What brought me to BiggerPockets was to gain more knowledge on Real Estate Investing to eventually start on my profolio.
