I am currently a college student looking to get my first rental property while in school if possible but need help making the jump. I am also looking into interning at a real estate firm but don't know where to go. Any and all help is appreciated!
A Southern California boy, I moved to the East valley of Phoenix in 2004 to build some franchises. Sold those in 2012. I was an Art Director for various advertising agencies in CA. Have always felt that real estate was a good option for me. I have the time to pursue this interest and would like to begin.
My day job is an insurance agent. I like the idea of investing in real estate. I currently have one condo rented out and looking to buy more properties.
