Newbie Investor. I currently have one SFH as a primary residence (house hack) and one SFH as a long term rental. I am always looking to make new connections especially in the Middle TN area as I continue to grow my portfolio!
I am a full time Engineer, born and raised and currently live in the city of Chicago. My current plan is to buy properties near my actual residence (Avondale and the surrounding neighborhoods), rehab them and then sell them(fix and flip) all while working my full time job.
