I am am Electrical Engineer turned real estate investor living in Los Angeles, CA. I focus on investing in single and mid-sized multifamily properties in the South Bay Area of LA via flips, long-term rentals, and ADU construction. I also invest passively in multifamily syndications in San Antonio, TX and Phoenix, AZ.
Realtor, CPA, and investor in the Raleigh/Durham NC market. I have five homes in Raleigh (short-term, mid-term, & long-term rentals) and a few land parcels in the suburbs. I acquired the majority of these properties with low-down payment strategies.
I've been investing in real estate for some time as a small time buy and hold landlord. Most recently I'm working on scaling my portfolio and hope to at some point "retire" from the corporate world.
I am 45, employed full time and am interested in learning all I can about buy and hold real estate investing. I do have many DIY skills as I have done many home projects such as tiling, laminate flooring, cabinet install, sheetrock, trim/paint, basic plumbing, beginner electrical work.
