I have done a few deals now and have recently moved for California to Texas do invest in a more stable market. I've done 2 flips here in TX lost money on the first one ..obviously...but made money on the second. I plan on continuing to flip and acquire rentals start advertising for my own deals instead of relying on wholesellers.
