I grew up cleaning my family's apartment hallways on Sunday's swearing I would never do this again. Yet here I am looking for more doors... What's your story?
I am 34 and have wanted to invest in real estate for a long time. I am putting in an offer on a foreclosed home to rent out. I am nervous and excited at the same time as this will be my first property in a long future portfolio.
I live in South Austin and am looking into investing south of Austin in surrounding communities, in San Antonio or out of state.
I love to workout. Right now I'm playing soccer and practicing Krav Maga, which is the Isreali self defense. I enjoy the outdoors and love to be in or around the water.
I purchased my first property on Oahu, HI, in 2018. I currently live in the NC area with plans to “buy and hold” real estate.
