I recently developed an interest in real estate investments and would like to purchase my first rental property this year. I'm excited to use the great resources on biggerpockets to ultimately obtain financial freedom.

I am 33 years of age relocating to the state of Virginia. I currently work for a large financial institution with strong interest and desires of becoming an Investor.
