I am 45, employed full time and am interested in learning all I can about buy and hold real estate investing. I do have many DIY skills as I have done many home projects such as tiling, laminate flooring, cabinet install, sheetrock, trim/paint, basic plumbing, beginner electrical work.

I focus on investing in single and mid-sized multifamily properties in the South Bay Area of LA via flips, long-term rentals, and ADU construction. I also invest passively in multifamily syndications in San Antonio, TX and Phoenix, AZ.
