I am a loan officer at Live Oak Bank. We are an SBA lender and our team focuses exclusively on self-storage owner-operators. The SBA loan program is a great, higher leverage option for self-storage projects. We can finance acquisitions, expansions, and new construction.
I currently am the Owner and Project Manager of Vesica Design and Construction. Vesica Design is a building firm with extensive experience in all phases of construction with a specialty in interior design build for both commercial and residential customers. I also, continue to manage properties in their entirety.
