Starting my journey rental properties. Father of three (Teen, pre-teen, and 2nd Grader). Wife works as a nurse, while I work remotely for a company as Business Development. Been in my industry for 18 years. My main goal is to have 7 or more properties by 2034, and hoping to get started this year. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
