My property investment journey started in 2009 when I 'invented' house hacking. Ok...so I wasn't aware it was already a 'thing'... I rented out my whole house and only had rights to 1 bedroom. This was to change my life...but I didn't start seriously until January 2023 with the refurb of a 6 bed...
