Hi! I am the owner of Alicey Property Renovations. I’m a licensed Real Estate Agent. We are renovating GR! Alicey flipped 27 houses last year and on our way to beat that record this year. I’m looking to meet motivated investors. :-)
I have no experience with real estate and real estate investing, but I do have experience working under a general contractor for several years, and some of those years as a licensed plumbing apprentice.
My educational background and work experience is engineering and finance. When I was in the corporate world I used real estate as a tax shield. I am now trying to ramp this up and make it my primary source of income.
I'm a former law enforcement officer, but now I'm disabled. I'm a determined and motivated to start a new chapter in my life. I'm looking for the new chapter to be in real estate. I have zero experience in this career field, so I want to learn as much as I can in order to start a new career and business.

I live in the Tallahassee FL area with my wide and 3 kids. I currently work in sales doing restraunt supplies and equipment. I have been wanting to get into flipping houses and all of my research keeps bringing me back to BiggerPockets.
After the birth of my twin boys, I decided to leave the classroom and stay home to care for them. My husband and I are interested in investing in rental property as an avenue for retirement as well as the freedom and flexibility of time and money this would mean for us down the road.
