A little about myself. I was born and raised in Oklahoma, who joined the Navy when I was right out of high school. Even before then, I always wanted to go into real estate but didn't know how.
I'm a veteran as of June 30th and working with a mortgage team here in Washington state who specializes in VA Home Loans.
I have been investing since December 2007. I buy and sell real estate in Portland, OR. I concentrate on cash offers, subject to, foreclosure, short sale, REO, Divorce, Probate, Estate, and Vacant Houses.
I am also a licensed property manager. I can manage single family and small multi-family units.
