I started out on BP back around 2006 or 2007... Did one renovation and my investing career got cut short. After a year and a half being gone on a trip with my Uncle Sam, my investing goals became a little muddled. About eight years and a few kids later I'm getting back to it with a passion.
I structure tax-shelters that average about 5% profit annually, with downside protection.
It is not a replacement for investments. However, it is an amazing replacement for a checking account or a place to park cash until ready to deploy.
