I'm from Chicago and became a pro member a few weeks ago. I have lived in Chicago for 25 years and started investing in 2000. I currently have 3 properties and rent all 3 of them. I've been a landlord for 14 years now. I love real estate and I'm ready to buy my next rental property.
New to Real Estate Investing. My goal is to maximize cash flow with the least amount of properties possible. I would consider myself to be moderately conservative when it comes to leveraging. I'm excited to learn and earn!
