I have always been interested in real estate and I have been fortunate enough to be able to invest in a few properties. I am new to it and enjoy learning about the industry.

I have held a B and C6 contractors license for many years so I know a lot about remodeling. Real estate investing is another story. I am here to learn and take my first stab at real estate investing. I have lived my whole life in Southern California but plan to purchase out-of-state remotely.
