I am a licensed Realtor and work at Keller Williams in Savannah, GA. I started flipping houses with my husband last year, we bought a foreclosure and sold it in December. We found another foreclosure and are currently fixing it up.I was hoping to learn how to streamline the process so we can flip quicker.
I'm brand new to the REI arena. I'm still not sure if I want to buy and sell or build a portfolio of rentals or maybe both. I do want to build something that will help my wife and I retire comfortably and hopefully have something to leave our children.
