I'm brand new to the REI arena. I'm still not sure if I want to buy and sell or build a portfolio of rentals or maybe both. I do want to build something that will help my wife and I retire comfortably and hopefully have something to leave our children.

I am a new investor/entrepreneur trying to break ground. I am always learning all I can in real estate and business and forever will continue to. My goal is to "purchase and hold" rental properties for long term wealth.
Here to learn everything I can. I could spend hours on Zillow and Realtor.com and now after purchasing our first rental property, I want more. Particularly interested in the beach vacation rental market in NC, SC, GA, & FL.
