I am 18, a college dropout following my ambitions.
I am a 26 year old military veteran looking to build my knowledge on the inner workings of the real estate side of the business in exchange for sweat work or coffee runs (IE: Will work for knowledge!)
I am a real estate attorney with experience processing commercial and residential transactions from start to finish. I work with RKPT, a firm located in downtown Cincinnati which owns its own title insurance company (Safe Title Agency).
Born into a family of home loan specialists and real estate agents, I was drawn into real estate early on. Being in the Air Force, I started investing in land in South Korea and now am planning a move to the south of Baltimore. I am motivated to purchase and house-hack a multifamily residence by the end of 2019.
I currently have a career in Medical Sales and have done this for the past 10 years. Prior to that I practiced Chiropractic in several practices in the bay Area and Canada. I have lived in San Diego since 2006 and love it here! I enjoy being outdoors with my family in my spare time.
