Building a portfolio of rental properties for retirement income
I am wanting to take advantage of an opportunity of a lifetime while real estate prices are where they are. I have had six houses, all paid for with cash. With the help of a private lender, I want to take advantage of more opportunities for purchase and hold for appreciation, while having cashflow.
I grew up in the pacific northwest of British Columbia, Canada - Spent around 10 years chasing drilling rigs in Western Canada, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Texas and Oklahoma. My wife and i settled in Missouri back in 2011 for family reasons and enjoy living here.
