I grew up in Alpena Michigan and moved down to the Metro Detroit area in 1999 with my girlfriend, now wife. We are currently transitioning to move back to our hometown. We enjoy spending time outdoors biking, hiking, canoeing, gardening, etc. We have two dogs and three cats that are our kids, but not in that crazy way.

I'm 18 and i'm about to go to college. Me and and my friend are about to going to the same business school and we'll be doing our first deal at 25 years old. We're both gonna collect 250,000 combined and purchase a million dollar property with around 30 units or so and cashflow us around 120k/year pre tax.
