I purchased my first rental property in the spring of 2019. I completed a successful BRRRR about 6 months after that, and have my 3rd property (also BRRRR) currently in the rehab phase. Looking to connect with other investors in the area, and acquire a new property every 3-4 months.
I am the General Sales Manager for a Beer Distribution Co. I have been in the Real Estate industry on the sales side in my previous life, but have yet to pull the trigger in the investment world. Now with two daughters I need to build wealth. I am looking to make my first purchase of a Multi Family this year and begin my REI days.
