Looking to connect and learn from flippers, buy & holders, renters, property managers, wholesalers, and hard/private/commercial money lenders in Tennessee. I currently specialize in SFH long term rentals but am looking to pivot to CRE. I want to start off specifically in MF and eventually move into storage units and strip malls.
