I am employed full time in a large financial services firm and do real estate investing on the side. So far I have only invested in buy and hold rental properties. I am interested in expanding my portfolio, building my team and learning more and more.

I am a college student who is hoping to learn more about real estate investing/development before I graduate. I am currently a commercial real estate analyst intern, and I hope to use this experience along with my brokers' license to dive into investing and development.
