I am currently looking for funds to build a new condo project in Lowell for resale. I have been in real estate business for over fifteen years having been a realtor at one time. I have been doing rehabs for flipping, but this is a new deal that I have landed into.
My fiancé and I currently have several 3 rental properties and would like to buy more. We are interested in learning the real estate business more in depth and how to purchase more rental properties on limited income. Other than being over extended, our credit is good.
