Im new to the real estate investor field. Im really interested in becoming a realtor. Involving myself with flipping homes as well wholesale. Just seeing as the economy is starting to rise back up and the housing market starting to grow, I'm believing that its a great field to get involved.
I am currently in the Navy and have been in for 24 1/2 yrs. I am coming up on retirement and don't want to work for anyone else. Additionally, I have been reviewing mobile home investing for the past 3 months and think that it's a great opportunity to create some passive cashflow. Thanks
