I am a Software developer who invest his money into lending on fixing flips as well as BRRRRs. My private money loans are 2 to 4 month for a second position lein. Currently I operate in Alabama. As my capital increases, I will expand into other states for private money lending.
I own/self-manage 5 properties - 2 in Portland and 4 in the Sac area. I buy one per year and my next purchases will be in Charlotte and Austin. My personal goal has been 10 properties by 35 and I'm well on track for that! :)
