I'm a small investor (a SFH in TX & a duplex in Baltimore) looking to expand my portfolio. I live in the DMV and have been buy & hold but am exploring other RE wealth-building strategies. I work full-time and am serious about transitioning to full-time investing w/in the next 3 years.
