Hello BP Community! I am a retired Naval Officer now living and investing back in my home state of Iowa. I currently work as an agent in Cedar Rapids and have several single family rentals in my hometown of Keokuk in SE Iowa. I am looking to scale up both here in my local area and possibly in some out of state deals.
I am working as a realtor on a part time basis. My son and I have "flipped" three homes and have one rental. Will be retiring from the automotive industry in about a year and will be doing real estate on a full time basis.
