I'm a brand new real estate investor. My primary focus for now is on single family or small multifamily rental investments in Baltimore for full-time AirBnB. I also have interest in renting to non-traditional but higher-yielding (and probably less passive) tenants... medium-terms business travelers, single-semester students, travel nurses....
