Trying to learn and make my first deal. I'm currently 53 and want to add additional streams of income. I finally realized that working for 40 years and then living on 2/3 of what you use to make is just not worth it. I want to be able to enjoy my retirement or early retirement and not wonder how I'm going to survive or pay the bills.

Full time investor of rehabs and wholesaling. Presently expanding into multfamily units 30 and above.
