We own four investment properties: two triplexes and a duplex in Cleveland, plus a vacation rental in Hocking Hills. We’re interested in obtaining more properties in either market. We try to find unique, beautiful homes. We’re open to cosmetic renovations but prefer to avoid major rehab.
