Bought 1st 4 plex at age 25 - sold 1.5 years later and 1031'd into two 4 plexes in Austin. Sold out a few years later. That was 6 years ago. Looking to get back into real estate but no so much the Landlording route. Not sure there is much more room for stocks to go up much - looking for diversification.
