Started investing in SF rental properties in 2009. Over 100 complete renovations and flips later have grown into a healthy rental property portfolio consists of MF and SFs in Northeast Ohio C-B neighborhoods. Created a property management arm for my company in 2018 and looking to expand portfolio as opportunities arise.
