I've been in the REI for over 15 years. I've done flips, wholesaling, and buy and holds using the BRRR .
Right now I'm focusing on doing corporate furnished rental alongside Air BNB.
Next Step: Trying to purchase a multifamily property over 20 units in San Antonio.
