A newbie at real estate investing looking for some help.
I am a landscape architect. My current job is VP or Business Development for a large high end residential landscape company in San Francisco. I currently have 2 rental properties and am building out a third property to sell with a partner in the next year.
I am currently a buy-and-hold real estate investor with a number of single family rental homes. With aspirations of scaling my investments to purchase more SFRs, and eventually multi-family assets, I'm interested in connecting with like-minded individuals who are passionate about using real estate to achieve financial freedom.
