I want to expand my knowledge of the real estate industry and take steps to investing in property. I have some knowledge of real estate from college course work. The information in this community will hopefully be the turn key method for jump starting a new and exciting career.

I am looking to create cash flow so I do not have to work for someone else, knowing that at first there will be a lot of work.
I used to be a loan broker,and helped my uncles with their rentals .
