I originally started investing back in 2006 wholesaling and fix n flip in the Dallas, TX and Kansas City, MO markets. In 2010 I focused on wholesaling properties in my areas of the High Desert Community of So. CA. In 2017 I picked up Realtor license and I've now just recently became REO certified.
