I'm a homeowner looking to aggressively move into rental buy and hold investing.
I've been a full time investor in Portland since 2007. I primarily rehab properties for ultimate sale. However, 2015 is the year to begin keeping more properties for rental.
I am a long term buy and hold investor interested in mainly single family and small multi-family properties. I have a handful of rentals both in California and out of state and am pushing myself to hit the following goal:
