Novice Real Estate Junky
I live in upstate south carolina. Interested in buying rental houses and have no experience. Been researching for years but am ready to finally try. I have been reading bigger pockets forums for a while.
Other than having read dozens of books on Real Estate buying and investing, plus having owned and sold my home. I have no experience in this field. I am here to listen, absorb and learn.
I was investing in real estate during from 2001 to 2007 when it crashed. I need to learn new ways of investing/funding real estate and build a team. We live in Colorado, but am moving to the Reno/Carson city area in two months. I have lived and done investing in Reno before.
