I own a duplex in Mesa, AZ and a section 8 brrrr house in west memphis Arkansas. I am looking to grow my portfolio, in 2022 i hope to buy another 2-4 unit property in phoenix. I am also interested in buying a condo to use as an Air-bnb property in perhaps Palm Springs or key largo.
