I work full time in banking regulation and looking to diversify my investments. I'm new to real estate and have been investing in stocks/options for the past five years.
I am a US citizen living and working in Australia. My husband and I are looking to start investing in real estate in the USA and eventually in AUS as well.
I just started 10 month ago: learning, joined local REIA, compile RE buyers list. I have not purchase any RE property yet. I used to be a loan officer for mortgage company, and my goal is to become a private lender for RE investors (mainly).

I have currently graduated from college and acquired a B.S. Civil Engineering. I am currently a project engineer for a construction firm. I have always found interested in owning my own business and being my own boss. I believe that this site will help in achieving these goals.
