I am Navy Veteran and very proud to have served in this great country of ours. I lived most of my life in NYC and about 6 years ago I came to live to Texas and love it.

I have owned real estate over 40 years, some as rentals, always a residence. I am seeking to diversify retirement portfolio with a real-estate component to boost returns, and become less dependent on traditional financial markets. Using Tax-deferred accounts to purchase investment property is a big part of this.
