Newbie real estate investor living in the San Francisco Bay Area (Berkeley, CA). I currently work in the tech startup industry. I currently have a single family home in Durham, NC as my rental property. Very interested in multi-family units with good cashflow prospects either here in the bay area or in the South East (Atlanta).
