Currently involved with raising money for purchase and rehab of a three story single family house, with three apartments and full basement. Have purchased, rehab and sold three houses.

Looking for a different career and willing to learn on how to flip real estate with little or no money down. I have no experience in this business. I am looking for a mentor who will not ask for money up front but split the profits with me once I learn how to flip properties. I do have retail experience in the home improvement industry.
