I had a retail store for 22 hours and retired in the spring of 2016. Real Estate investing has always interested me so I bought 2 houses in 2010. I know have 7 houses and a 4 plex so a total of 11 doors. Even though I have done a couple of flips, buy and hold with passive cash flow interests me the most!
