I am new to real estate investing. I have formed an llc, "Plaza Rehab Group" and I am looking to do my first rehab. I have taken a 9 week course with Capital Rehab Group. I attend REIA meetings and "Meet Up" meetings. I looked at several distressed properties in Baltimore city and Baltimore county.
