I have been in tangential roles of real estate for the past 25 years; conveyancer, paralegal, property/casualty insurance and now I'm a licensed realtor. Everything I've done up to now, has prepared me for this. I am selling real estate now and am looking for my first investment property.
Previous Realtor for 8 years but left the industry when the market collapsed. I am currently interesting in learning how to invest primarily with wholesale deals and then flipping to my end goal of passive income.
